1. Eligibility and Parental Supervision

• Voxoura is intended for users 18 years or older.
• Users aged 10 to 17 may access the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The supervising adult assumes full legal responsibility for the minor's use, data, and compliance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

• Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
• Voxoura reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

3. Payment Terms

• Certain courses and events require payment processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.
• Voxoura does not store raw payment card data.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except when Voxoura or the expert cancels the event or as otherwise explicitly stated.
• Voxoura reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse payments in cases of suspected fraud or violation of terms.

4. Expert Content and Recordings

• Experts are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.
• All live sessions, events, and courses may be recorded and recordings shared with enrolled learners.
• Voxoura retains the right to use these recordings and related expert content for internal AI training, marketing campaigns, platform improvements, and promotional purposes.
• By delivering content on Voxoura, experts consent to such use.

5. Earnings, Ratings, and Reviews

• Expert earnings follow Voxoura's internal payout model and are confidential, accessible only within secure dashboards.
• Voxoura may suspend payouts upon suspicion of fraud or breach of terms.
• Learners may rate and review experts; these ratings may be publicly displayed for transparency and quality assurance.

6. Analytics and Learner Data Sharing

• Voxoura collects and analyzes data from courses and events to improve platform quality and expert performance.
• Experts may receive analytics reports containing aggregated demographic information (age groups, gender, country), behavioral data (engagement, attendance, feedback), and where necessary, learner contact information to facilitate follow-up and quality improvements.
• Learners cannot opt out of this data sharing; it is mandatory to ensure effective educational delivery and platform optimization.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Marketing Use

• Voxoura may utilize anonymized or de-identified user data to train AI systems, improve course personalization, and conduct marketing activities.
• Voxoura does not sell personal user data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

• Voxoura owns all rights to platform design, branding, and software.
• Experts retain ownership of their original content but grant Voxoura a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display content as necessary for platform operation and promotion.

9. Termination and Suspension

• Voxoura reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms, engages in harmful conduct, or compromises platform integrity.
• Termination may be immediate and without prior notice where necessary.

10. Changes to Terms

• Voxoura may update or modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Voxoura is legally registered.
• Legal interpretation shall follow the applicable laws of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.
• Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from your use of Voxoura, its services, or these Terms:
• Shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts located in Voxoura's country of registration.
• May be subject to exceptions only where required by local consumer protection laws.
• Users agree to waive the right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction unless legally mandated.
